In the framework of the changes in the social-economic background of our country and the rate of consolidation of the civil society, being supported by the acquired experience, OSFA has started since 2003 a process of transformation aiming at focusing the activities in the public policies by making use of research policies, studies, lobbying, expertise, advocacy, citizen participation, etc. The institutional product of this transformation is the new structure called NOSA: Network of Open Society for Albania), where the European Centre is a partner of this process and is respectively focused in the field of European integration and regional cooperation
